Dariusz L. Wozniak, 60, of Chicago, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Loving husband to Anna; proud father of Izabella (Damian) Wojcik, Kevin; adoring grandfather to Theodore; fond brother to Peter; caring in-law to Zofia (Jacek) Swierczak, Karol and Andrzej Szumlinski. He will be missed by many dear friends and extended family.
