Charlan, age 39, of Chicago; dear son of Arthur Charlan and the late Rhonda (James) Minogue; loving brother of Tina (Carlos) De Gante and Tammy Brown; fond uncle of Gabriella, Gianna, Samantha, Theresa and Mikey. Memorial visitation Friday, Dec. 19 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N. Austin Ave., Chicago.
