Follmer age 96, (nee Kroll)Beloved wife of the late Mitchell Sr.; loving mother of Leonarda "Lynn" Teach, Michelle (Ron) DeAvilla and the late Mitchell Jr. Cherished grandmother of Monique; dear sister of the late Leonard and Stanley; fond aunt and cousin to many. Visitation Friday from 4 to 9 P.M. Funeral service Saturday 10:30 A.M.at Lawrence Funeral Home 4800 N. Austin Ave. Chicago. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
