Heather Ann Plichta of Chicago, Illinois. Long time resident of Charlotte N.C., age 41, passed away May 24, 2017 under the loving care of her family. She is survived by her father Edward; loving brother Christopher Plichta and Todd (Patricia) Plichta; cherished niece and nephews Timothy, Julia and Evan. She is preceded in death by her mother Kathleen Plichta and brother Timothy Plichta.

Heather was a generous and amazing person who enjoyed volunteering especially at the humane society, tutoring kids and helping her community. She will be missed dearly.

Visitation Saturday, May 27, from 9 am until time of prayers 10:30 am at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N. Austin Ave., Chicago. Procession to St. Constance Church for 11 am Mass of Christian Burial.
