Janina Blasiak passed away peacefully at home on July 19, beloved mother of Dariusz Blasiak and dear friend to many in the United States and Poland. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 22 from 4 - 9PM at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N Austin Ave, Chicago. Funeral prayers Wednesday 9:30AM at the funeral home with a procession to St. Constance Church for Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10AM. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. For more info 773.736.2300
