Meads, 70, loving mother of Joseph Locascio; cherished grandmother of Samantha Locascio; proud great- grandmother of Aubriella: devoted sister of David (Vicky) Gates, Danny (Kazia) Gates, Ginny (Chuck) Rizzo, the late John M. Raible, the late Janice Drews and the late James Raible; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Memorial gathering Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 12 P.M. until time of Mass 1 P.M. at St. Constance Church, 5843 W. Strong St. Chicago, Interment Private. For info (773) 736-2300.
