and the late Stanislaw Kukulka. Fond brother of Jan (Maria) Kukulka, Zofia (Kazimierz)
Fidelus, Pawel (Mariola) Kukulka, Helena Kukulka, Wieslaw (Maria) Kukulka, Ela (Jacek)
Szuba. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
