Julio was a longtime resident of Chicago and could often be seen bustling around the city on his scooter, which he proudly rode as his favorite mode of transportation. He was a huge baseball fanatic and enjoyed watching any team play any time. Julio's main wardrobe consisted of camouflage and he possessed a various selection of MLB baseball caps. Always an impeccable gentleman, he took great pride in his appearance and was very mindful of good self-care.
