Kathleen "Katie" Mary Cloherty, 39, of Madison; born and raised in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago, passed away suddenly at home. Katie was the beloved daughter of Pamela Cloherty nee Olczak and the late John J. Cloherty; caring sister to Siobhan Cloherty; doting aunt of Jalen, Lennox, and Adriana; cherished niece to Mary Ellen Cloherty, Debra Pelz and James Olczak; dear cousin to several; adored friend to many people spanning across the country, with strong relationships built over the course of many decades.

Katie loved to be out in the wilderness of Door County, WI camping, when at home she could be found perfecting various recipes or painting.

Her positive energy, infectious smile and her quick whit has left a lasting impression on anyone who met her. Katie is now able to join her dad and wife Renee Arcand in eternal peace.
