Leslie A. Wierzchon, age 67, passed away May 10, 2021.  She was born March 23, 1954 in Chicago, IL.  Loving wife of 38 years to Richard; beloved daughter of Patricia (Noel) and the late Bill Tornow; cherished mother of Jason (Liz), Michelle (Luis) and Laurie (Robert); dear grandmother of Daniela, Nathan, Olivia and Owen; beloved sister of Carol,  Melissa and Ronnie.  You will always be in our hearts.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at St. Monica Catholic Church, 5136 N. Nottingham Ave., Chicago.
