Marilyn A. Jans, 89, loving wife of the late Donald L. Jans; devoted mother of Lori (Adam) Burck, Katharine (David) Ehmig, and Pamela (Leslie) Crockett; treasured grandmother of Andrew Ehmig, Ashley Ehmig-Chou, Daniel Ehmig, Dominique Ehmig, Brendan Ehmig, Isabelle Ehmig, Alexander Burck, and Four Burck; sister of Gladys Larson, Anne Wurfel, Sharon Matrella, and Charles Wiemeri. Marilyn was predeceased by both of her parents and siblings Helen Ademino and John Wiemeri.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at St. Joseph Village, 4021 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago, IL 60641, starting at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be held the following week in Edwall, Washington.
