Mark A. Kozlowski, 51, loving son of Sophie (Eric); cherished nephew of Jan (Gene) Mider and Henry (Sandra) Mider; devoted cousin of Terry Quinn-Mider, Chrissy Mider, and Jan (Janine) Mider Jr., great-cousin of Brayden, Riley, Delany, and Michael; and treasured nephew and cousin of many family members in Poland.
Visitation, Thursday January 4, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, IL.
Funeral Prayers, Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Robert Bellarmine for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be private.
