Michael Bastian, Age 56. Devoted son of Edward and the late Barbara; beloved husband of 29 years to Erin; loving dad of Nora (Matt) Mabus and Andrew; cherished brother of Kathy (Manny) Gutierrez, Joe (Jennifer) and Margaret (Jason) Maurer. Michael was a proud two time CARA circuit champ and he was whole heartedly dedicated to his Misericordia family.  Will be missed by many.   In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Misericordia, National MS Society or American Cancer Society.  Visitation Wednesday, from 4 to 9pm.  Funeral Prayers Thursday, 9:15 am at Lawrence Funeral Home 4800 N. Austin Ave.  Chicago .  Procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Church for 10 am Mass. Interment private.
