Horn, Bridget D'Escoto, Kristen (Jeff) Kristensen, Maureen (Dan) Schlade, John Paul (Melissa) Dore, James (Kelsey) Dore, Beth Ann (Bruce) Horn-Butler, and Jeffrey Thomas (Alicia) Horn; and great-great-aunt of 16 nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:30AM at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 4646 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60630. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
