Thomas "Tommy" Purnell, 40, loving son of Dori (Frank) and Bill; devoted brother of Candice (Chad) Beckman, Monica (Dan) Skiston, Tiffany Okoniewski, and Megan Okoniewski; cherished uncle of Joshua and Taylor; beloved by Mya; dear nephew of Sandy, Jeanette, Echo, Jimbo, and Mike (Tina); and treasured cousin of Lucas, Gregory, Frankie, Samantha, Justin and Katie.

Born and raised in Chicago, Tommy was greatly loved by all. He had a kind heart, the most genuine smile, and a great sense of loyalty to all that knew him. He was the world to his two nephews and his four sisters. His death is a great loss to so many and will be missed by all that knew him.

Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, IL 60630 with Chapel Service to begin at 4 p.m.

Services will be followed by Celebration of Life at Fuller's Pub at 3203 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60618.
