Wilhelmine Rose Schaper, 93, of Cary, IL, formerly of Chicago, Wednesday, September 11, 2024, loving mother to John Henry Schaper Jr.; adoring Oma to Leila Claire (John Denisiuk) Schaper.

Wilhelmine was a first generation German immigrant child, she loved to travel, and enjoyed hosting Bunco parties at her house on the river.

She now joins in eternal rest, her husband of 60 years, John Henry Schaper Sr. who passed away in 2009.

Visitation, Friday 10:30 a.m. until the time of Chapel Service, 12:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home, 4800 N. Austin Ave. Chicago, IL 60630. Interment to follow at Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago, IL.
